Return & Refund Policy

At Tepic Boutique, we want every customer to enjoy a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, you may request a return within our standard return period.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 20 days from the date of delivery. If 20 days have passed since you received your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused
  • In the exact same condition that you received it
  • Must include all original packaging

Return Details:

  • Return method: By mail
  • Restocking fee: No cost
  • Return label: Included in your package

Free Returns

All returns are Free of Charge, meaning:

  • If the item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping
  • If you are returning the item for any other reason, we still cover the return shipping
  • You will never be asked to pay for return labels or extra shipping costs

Sale Items

Both regular-priced and sale items are fully eligible for returns and refunds. Sale items follow the exact same guidelines and can be returned within the standard 20-day return window.

Refunds

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you by email that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account one more time
  • Contact your credit card provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund clears)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the exact same item, please email us at:
